Museum Trip

Hi and welcome, would you like to hear about the trip that the Glenbrae students from Auckland in years 3 to 7 participated in yesterday, Wednesday the 29th of  August 2012?
At 9:00am the students from years 3 to 7 at Glenbrae School participated in the trip to the Auckland City Museum to learn more about maori studies.
When the bell rang room 9’s teacher  Ms Joyce called the roll to see who who wasn't here to go on the trip to the museum. Then we waited for some of the children and the helpers to arrive before we went to the main court to get ready to get onto the bus to drive the nice museum.
Next we hopped onto the bus and the next class came on to the bus. after us. Now the bus looks crowded and is filled with people. After that, when we arrived at the museum, people slowly got off and went to their teachers or the parent helpers that the teacher gave us.
Finally we went into the museum and a lady was there to greet us into the  museum. My favourite part was when we went into the volcano house because it was a whole new experience to find out more about volcanoes and what would happen if a volcano started to erupt in Auckland. Other parts were cool too and I really enjoyed it. Plus I learnt heaps of things in just one day.
